WSMK 99.1 Contest Rules

Who Can Enter
1. Entrants must be United States residents who are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified.
2. Entrants must have valid identification.
3. Employees of WSMK, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings) of each are ineligible.

Entry
1. Unless otherwise specified, no purchase is necessary to enter.
2. Contestants may only win one prize per household every 30 days unless otherwise specified. For contests that run beyond 30 days, contestants may only win one prize per contest.
3. WSMK Management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters of eligibility and their decisions shall be final. Entry into station contests constitutes agreement by contestant to abide by these rules, as well as any other contest specific rules established by WSMK.

Prize(s)
1. All prizes awarded on-air must be picked up at WSMK, 925 N. 5th Street, Niles, MI 49120, during normal business hours of 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
2. Prizes will be released to winners only. Winners must present a valid state photo ID at the time they pick up the prize and sign a standard release that releases WSMK from liability with respect to the prize. Prizes will not be mailed.
3. WSMK reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value for all contests and giveaways. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
4. Prizes not claimed within 30 days of being awarded shall be considered forfeited and disposed of at the discretion of WSMK management.
5. Winner is responsible for all taxes and gratuity unless otherwise notified by WSMK.
